Purpose

Openclaw Calendar is a private application used to connect my Google Calendar with my local OpenClaw environment.

Google user data accessed

The application may access Google Calendar data, including calendars, event titles, event descriptions, dates, times, locations, attendees, and related scheduling information, subject to the permissions granted by the Google account owner.

How the data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar and scheduling functionality within my personal OpenClaw environment and related local Mission Control dashboard.

Storage

The application is intended to process data locally on systems under my control. Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored using the local authentication mechanisms used by the Google Calendar integration.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Retention

Calendar data is retained only as needed for the application's local functionality. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google account security settings.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
